Doug Mossing, woodwinds, has played in a variety of bands since he was in High School, performing in rock bands on sax and organ, Irish whistle in Celtic groups, as well as Sax and flute in several dance and jazz bands.
Janet Carbajal, vocals, brings a wealth of experience and a touch of class to FlashBack. She has performed professionally in many different types of bands, from rock, to pop and jazz. Her beautiful tone is the perfect sound for your next dance.
Bill Applegate, Guitar, has performed as a solo guitarist, and with a wide variety of professional groups and ensembles. Bill has had the opportunity to perform at such places as Carnegie Hall and The Grand Ole Opry. Also, Bill has been fortunate to perform for such people as President Clinton, Prime Minister Tony Blair. Bill has performed with many prominent musicians including Bill Anderson and Sammy Nestico. Recently Bill Completed a Master’s Degree in Jazz Guitar Performance at the University of North Texas’ premier jazz department.
Shawn Manske, Over 30 years of professional experience: Vocals, Electric and Upright Bass. Shawn studied jazz under the infamous Grant Wolf at Mesa Community College in the 70's and several years with the following local groups; String Theory, Cosmo Topper, David Dodt and the Hi-Fi's, Michael Farrell Group, Sonya Jason, Delphine Cortez, Dan Pinson, and Standing Room Only. Shawn has performed with the Coasters, Brian Hyland, Frieda Payne, Otis Day and the Knights, countless casuals, and many years as bassist with the VIP Orchestras.
Gregg Delfiner - Drums, I have been teaching and playing professionally for over 40 years. Some of the many highlights of my career include:
* Traveled throughout the US, Mexico, Argentina with "Up With People."
* Performed with SCC Big Band and The Swingtips. Traveled extensively thourghout the United States and London with this band, as well as recording numerous CD's.
* Have played with jazz greats; Howard Alden, Dickie Thompson and George Cables and opened for the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.
* Attended the Berklee College of Music and studied with many great teachers such as Joe Cusatis (Tony Bennett) as well as performing with all types of bands in many different genres.
